Papaya - The enzyme in papaya helps to kill the fungus that causes ringworm. Take a slice of the raw papaya and rub it on to the patches of the ringworm rash. Leave it for 15 minutes at a time and then you can wash off with hot water. A paste can also be made from the ground up papaya seeds to help treat the ringworm.
